How much is that handbag in the window?

As lovers of a good window display, we couldn’t resist showing you what Harrods in London have realised. Creating a huge handbag invasion, the store has taken Knightsbridge by storm, declaring that they are home to the largest (literally) range of designer handbags.

Twenty designers and brands have taken over the windows at Harrods as part of the department store’s Handbag Narratives campaign. The shop asked labels including Marc by Marc Jacobs, Victoria Beckham, Loewe, Burberry, Fendi and Stella McCartney to bring their brand to life via an oversized interpretation of one of their most popular handbag styles.

The department store is planning to support this two month installation with a variety of handbag events. To see some of the luxury brands they carry in-store go to Harrods.
