14k gold turquoise and diamond organic cluster ring 1970s

An oval cabochon of bright blue turquoise set within a border of staggered claws some with bead terminals, others four claw set with small diamonds, surrounded by a leaf style pattern in brushed gold - unmarked but tested for 14k yellow gold -  diamonds 23 = 0.68cts - total weight 15grms - dimensions of face 28 x 25mm - current ring size approx N - c.1970 USA
